Wherever you are in your golf game, you are welcome at the St. Paul Loose League.

Let's tee them up!

Your St. Paul Loose League is ready to play golf.  Meet us at Tamarack at 3-ish or 5-ish on Mondays, beginning May 7.  Let us know if you are coming so that we can save you a cart or a tee time.

The St. Paul Loose League celebrated the end of the golf season by sharing a beautiful afternoon of golf at Tamarack.  After hotly contested two person scrambles, we adjourned to the pavilion where good food and fellowship were shared.  We didn’t discuss the scores too much because some thought the women would hold it over the men.  We won’t mention who won but it was fun.  We will be looking forward to continuing golf at Tamarack next year.  We welcome friends and members of St. Paul and people of all skill levels.  Start swinging a club now so that you will be in shape when the winter weather breaks next spring.  Watch this space for your golfing news at St. Paul.

The 2nd Annual Loose League Potluck Picnic. . .

was well attended.  We had a beautiful fall afternoon. Non-playing spouses and friends showed up with food and additional fellowship at 5:30.  You were all invited!  Boy, did you miss some good food!  We didn't talk golf so everyone should have felt comfortable.  We didn't even compare scores.  Perhaps you will be able to join us at next year's picnic.  Watch this space for more information.

St. Paul Loose League for Golfers

Do we think the rain will ever stop?  Bring your waders and/or your water wings and we will try to play without getting wet this Monday.  5/20/10 and 6/19/10

Our goal is fellowship and fun.  Nine hole tee times will be available around 5 p.m.--ish. Eighteen holes will begin around 3 p.m.--ish.  It depends on when you can get to Tamarack.

Remember: This is for members and friends of St. Paul.

The St. Paul Loose League will begin playing at Tamarack on Mondays at 3 and 5-ish in May, weather permitting.  We have sharpened our short game skills at Yorktown.  We are now ready to conquer the sand and water at Tamarack.  We scramble to accommodate all skill levels--and we have them!

There has been some interest communicated to try to arrange for golf on the weekends.  Contact one of your Executive Committee members to get on our email list so that we can keep you informed on this exciting and growing fellowship group at St. Paul.

Wherever you are in your golf game, you are welcome here!

If you have an questions, contact your Executive Committee:  Paul Sutherland, Dave Brannon, Judy Koch, Al Stahl or Donna Davis  4/27/10

Fifteen golfers teed off on Labor Day.  It was fun not hitting over the water to the 18th green in the dark. We figure we have just a few more outings before the early sunsets will end the after work golfing.

First Annual Celebration of the St. Paul Loose League

for Golfers at Tamarck Golf Course

HOWEVER , we are going to golf at 1:00 on Sunday, October 4.  If you want to play just nine holes, come about 3:00-ish.  We will potluck afterwards,  so bring something to eat to share.  Non-playing friends and family members could just show up to eat with us.  Judy Koch is providing Italian beef so we need a count.  Call Donna Davis for a tee time.
